| 1. | The minimum rental time for Villa 33 rooms is 24 hours - from 3 pm to 11 am. |
| 2. | Guests are kindly asked to produce a valid photo ID at check-in. |
| 3. | Payment must be made on the arrival day, during the check-in, before collecting the key to the room. |
| 4. | A reservation can only be made after paying a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount due. |
| 5. | Villa 33 does not offer refunds for checking out before the time specified in the booking as well as the change of the number of guests in the room. |
| 6. | Smoking on the premises is strictly prohibited , with the exception of the specially designated smoking areas outside the building. |
| 7. | Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. |
| 8. | After 10 pm only registered guests may have access to the rooms with no visitors from the outside allowed. Otherwise, an additional payment will have to be made. |
| 9. | Animals are not accepted. |
| 10. | Guests will be held responsible for any damage done to the room, equipment and technical appliances on Villa 33 premises, by themselves or their visitors. |
| 11. | Villa 33 will not accept liability for the loss or damage done to the guests' car or other vehicle. |
| 12. | Villa 33 is entitled to examine the state of the room upon check-out, as well as to claim compensation payment in case of any damage done to the room and equipment by the guests during their stay. |
| 13. | Villa 33 will not accept liability for any guest property left behind. |
